Kellie Summers, Arizona’s award-winning Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician, brings over a decade of advanced clinical expertise in acne, aging, pigmentation, and rosacea and has shaped the careers of thousands of professionals across the industry. Megan Joseph, Certified Laser Technician, Certified Naturopathy Practitioner, Clinical Herbalist, and wellness coach, brings a uniquely powerful integrative lens to skincare. Addressing the hormonal, nutritional, herbal, and internal factors that most spas never consider. Her rare combination of laser technology expertise and deep-rooted holistic knowledge means clients receive care that works on every level…inside and out. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Megalife Skin & Beauty, we value your time and strive to provide the highest quality care to all our patients. To ensure we can accommodate all our patients and maintain an efficient schedule, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy: 1. Cancellation Policy: • We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another patient who may need it. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 fee. 2. No-Show Policy: • If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notifying us in advance, it will be considered a "no-show." • No-shows will be charged a $50 fee. 3. Payment of Fees: • The $50 cancellation or no-show fee will be charged to the credit card on file. This fee will be charged the day-of your missed appointment. 4. Repeated Cancellations or No-Shows: • Frequent cancellations or no-shows may result in additional charges or the need to prepay for future appointments. We reserve the right to assess such situations on a case-by-case basis. 5. Emergencies: • We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact our office as soon as possible. We will review these situations individually and may waive the fee based on the circumstances. 6. Megan Joseph Co-Owner | Certified Naturopathy Practitioner | Certified Laser Technician Megan Joseph is the co-founder and driving force behind Megalife Skin & Beauty, bringing a rare combination of clinical expertise, holistic philosophy, and hands-on artistry to every client experience. With roots in hairdressing, makeup artistry, and skincare, Megan’s path deepened significantly through her personal journey living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, a connective tissue disorder that gave her firsthand insight into the complex relationship between the body, skin, and overall wellness. That lived experience became the foundation of her whole-person approach to beauty and healing. Today, Megan holds certifications as both a Naturopathy Practitioner — specializing in herbal medicine, nutrition coaching, and weight loss coaching and a Certified Laser Technician (CLT), bringing advanced technology-driven treatments together with integrative wellness principles under one roof. Her mission at Megalife is simple but powerful: treat the root, not just the symptom. Every treatment and product recommendation is chosen with the intention of promoting genuine healing from within.
